This feature not only allows users to set the device remotely but also enables direct feedback retrieval from the system, offering deeper insights and seamless industrial automation compatibility.
Proven performance with Memolub's Adaptive Ejection Technology (AET)
At the heart of every Memolub system is its patented Adaptive Ejection Technology (AET), a unique lubrication method designed for efficiency and durability. Instead of applying direct motor-driven pressure, AET draws in lubricant before releasing it through a controlled piston stroke, eliminating back-pressure issues and reducing strain on the motor. This design ensures consistent lubrication without grease separation, enables longer battery life with efficient alkaline power, and delivers high-pressure performance with less energy consumption, where 25 bars of Memolub's AET pressure equals 70 bars in conventional systems. The result is greater reliability, reduced wear, and an extended lifespan for both the lubricator and the equipment it protects.
